Overview
A BetterLife Coach serves as a dedicated mentor for BetterLife Tribe Members looking to achieve their personal or professional real estate goals. This is not direct real estate coaching but instead coaches who work with real estate investors coaching them on a 6-step framework called “reiOS” developed by Brandon Turner. All reiOS training will be provided for new coaches.

This role is ideal for an active investor with past experience in coaching (of any type). You should be passionate about helping others achieve success in the real estate market and have a strong understanding of goal-setting and personal development principles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess Tribe Members real estate goals and needs through consultation and evaluation
  • Providing continuous motivation, accountability and guidance
  • Guiding Tribe Members through goal-setting processes
  • Aiding in the development of personalized action plans to achieve short- and long-term goals
  • Providing ongoing support to ensure Tribe Members meet their milestones including monitoring progress, making adjustments and celebrating successes

Qualifications

  • Exceptional communication, motivational, and leadership skills
  • Ability to inspire and guide Tribe Members
  • Proven experience in real estate, coaching, or a related field (desired but not required)


Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a contracted position which will require the coach to plan and conduct weekly virtual sessions with clients. Days and hours of work are flexible, but ideal core-work hours will be 9 am – 5 pm (PST) M-F. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

The time commitment is flexible but coaches must be able to commit at least 20 hours per week. If you take on more Tribe Members, these hours could reach 40 depending on your availability.

Compensation
Coaches are compensated $30 per Tribe Member session. A session is typically 15-20 minutes, runs on a weekly cadence and will include some prep work and follow up work. At 40 hours a week, total compensation is estimated to be around $60k a year.
