We specialize in providing our audience with insightful, actionable content through various media, including social media platforms and YouTube. Our mission is to empower investors with the knowledge and tools they need to make informed decisions in the real estate market, as well as find ways to improve their own lives.

Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Research Assistant and Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a voracious reader of nonfiction with a strong preference for business books and personal development literature. They should possess exceptional writing skills and be capable of crafting compelling content that resonates with our audience across multiple platforms. The role requires a deep understanding of real estate investing to produce content that is not only engaging but also informative and accurate. This role is remote but being in Maui, HI would be a huge plus! The expectation for this role is about 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth research on real estate investment topics to create accurate and engaging content.
  • Write, edit, and proofread content for social media posts, YouTube scripts, and other written materials.
  • Collaborate with the content team to brainstorm ideas and develop content strategies.
  • Adapt writing style and tone based on the platform and target audience.
  • Stay updated with trends in real estate investing, personal development, and business strategies.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a writer or researcher, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Strong portfolio of written work demonstrating versatility in tone and style.
  • Excellent research skills and the ability to digest complex information into accessible content.
  • Familiarity with the latest trends in real estate investing, personal development, and business.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
