Overview
Brandon Turner & BetterLife are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandise and Marketing Intern to assist with the design, sale, and marketing of merchandise and various marketing initiatives. The intern will play a critical role in creating and implementing a system for merchandise and marketing operations for BetterLife as a new and growing company.

This is a remote, part-time internship position for a duration of 3 months. The ideal candidate should be willing to work flexible hours and be passionate about helping BetterLife grow and succeed. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to be part of a world class team while helping build a young and quickly growing company. You will get hands-on experience across multiple projects such as merchandise and sales, lead gen, email marketing, product development and more.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the design and sale of merchandise for BetterLife
  • Oversee the creation and sending of welcome boxes and packages for new BetterLife Tribe members
  • Assist with ongoing marketing projects such email and SMS marketing campaigns, CRM management and community engagement for BetterLife
  • Build sustainable, efficient and ongoing systems for merchandise and welcome boxes
  • Contribute to one-off marketing projects and community engagement initiatives
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives
  • Manage data and keep track of campaign results
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on merchandise sales and marketing efforts
  • Continuously identify areas for improvement and provide suggestions for optimization.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on digital marketing or ecommerce experience is a bonus
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Systems and automations minded
  • Familiarity with marketing and automation tools (e.g. Hubspot, Zapier, Slack, Asana etc.)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
