Overview
Brandon Turner & BetterLife are looking to hire a Product and Software Manager to spearhead the efforts surrounding the community, the BetterLife Tribe. This position will be responsible for leading the company's technological strategy and ensuring smooth operations of all existing software and our current digital product. This includes optimizing our existing digital product and tech stack, improving our existing integrations with platforms such as Hubspot, Circle, Asana, Zapier, and Airmeet, as well as proactively spearheading the development of an in-house application. The Product and Software Manager will also oversee troubleshooting efforts for any technical issues that may arise.

This role requires a tech-heavy background with previous product management experience and the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in involving software development, technolo and a track record of successfully leading teams.

This person should be self-motivated as they will operate with a huge amount of autonomy. Responsibilities
  • Work with Brandon and the Executive team to form a vision and strategy for the development of the BetterLife Tribe’s own app
  • Lead, manage and hold accountable a team of third-party developers to fulfill the strategic vision of the app and adjacent software
  • Organize and optimize the software currently being used by the BetterLife Tribe (externally) and the BetterLife Team (internally)
  • Create and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) around the company’s technological needs
  • Build comprehensive systems around the business model to ensure bulletproof automation in applicable areas
  • Maintain and effectively leverage various company databases
  • Oversee the development and optimization of the BetterLife website 
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business management or computer science
  • 5+ years of professional experience in product management, ideally with a focus on a tech heavy product 
  • Experience in Software Development or a related field is a bonus
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large sets of quantitative and qualitative data
  • Firm grip on the inner-workings and integrations of HubSpot
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Leadership and management experience
