Overview:

BetterLife is looking for a results-driven Junior Sales Development Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, engaging with leads, and driving them through the sales pipeline to become BetterLife Tribe (BLT) members. As a Junior Business Developer, you will play a crucial role in achieving our daily engagement and sales goals.

This position is fully remote and 100% commission based contract work. $125 per monthly sale. $200 per annual sale, 20 sales is a bonus of $750, 35 sales is a bonus of an additional $1000.

For example, If you close 20 sales a month (1 sale a day and assuming an avg comission of $150), you can earn $3750 a month ($3k in commission plus $750 bonus). If you close 35 sales a month (less than 2 a day), you can earn $7k a month ($5250 in commission plus $1750 in total bonuses).

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with leads from various sources to drive them through the sales pipeline
  • Contact a specified number of leads daily to meet engagement and sales goals
  • Implement the established sales process to effectively interact with leads
  • Utilize CRM tools and record lead interactions as required
  • Follow up with leads across different channels to strategically convert them into paying tribe members.
  • Build a sales reporting dashboard to report on and track sales KPIs and metrics
Qualifications:
  • Previous sales experience is a plus
  • Strong motivation and drive to meet daily engagement and sales goals
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Persistent and proactive in following up with leads.
  • Comfortable cold calling leads and spending majority of your time on the phone with potential customers
