The Real Estate Private Equity Analyst will be responsible for handling a wide range of finance, project management, administrative, and executive support-related tasks and will be able to work independently with little or no supervision. Training will be provided with respect to the company's processes and systems for evaluating and underwriting multifamily real estate assets in order to determine whether an offer should be made and at what price and terms.

This position will interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Expert-level written and verbal communication skills, strong decision-making ability, analytical skills, and attention to detail are critical in this position.
Responsibilities:
- Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed
- Research investment and partnership models, real estate market and geographical trends, and prepare letters of intent, contracts, and other business administration paperwork as needed for the sale
- Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information
- Assess comparables, property value, and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends
- Eventually perform independent property valuations by underwriting using an Excel/Google Sheet financial model
- Offer due diligence support to the Acquisitions team including managing contract timelines, obtaining quotes from vendors, and coordinating lender requests
- 4-year college degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Real Estate, or related experience highly desired
- Experience with financial modeling and a working knowledge of real estate finance is highly desired
- 1 + years of experience in real estate finance, acquisitions, investment banking, or private equity is desired
- Intermediate/Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must
- Top-notch written and verbal communication skills and superior phone etiquette required
