BetterLife is seeking a dedicated account manager to oversee our member experience and the customer support department. This role will require the candidate to be active on the phone, engaging with BetterLife members to answer questions, gauge feedback, and increase member satisfaction. The ideal candidate is also data driven and able to report on member success and satisfaction. This role is ideal for an outgoing individual who jumps on the opportunity to engage with members and thrives when helping others achieve success.

Responsibilities

Regularly call all BetterLife Tribe members to ensure they are successful and satisfied while gathering feedback and tracking member success and satisfaction.

Oversee the Tribe online community by leading the online engagement with members in the forum.

Implement member satisfaction surveys and a retention program for members.

Oversee the customer support manager to reduce active tickets and support turnaround time.

Collect member testimonials.

Speak with potential customers interested in learning more about BetterLife.

Work with the BetterLife team to prioritize and implement customer feedback.

Develop and Execute Member Engagement Strategies to proactively engage with BetterLife Tribe members, such as organizing challenges, workshops, or networking events, to foster a sense of community and increase member engagement.
Qualifications

Past customer service experience is required.

Past sales experience is a plus.

Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with members, team members, and potential customers effectively.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines are met and priorities are balanced effectively.

Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software, data analytics tools, and marketing automation platforms to support data-driven decision-making and member engagement strategies.

Outgoing, engaging personality that is empathetic and customer focused.

Data driven and able to build automated systems for outreach and reporting.
